How do I find cards worth grading with my own rules?
Open the Screener, set a raw price range, a minimum PSA 10 Profit and a minimum Gem Rate, then run it. Each row shows what you clear at a PSA 10 next to what a PSA 9 would make or lose, so you can sort by the downside before you save anything.

Why the Screener
0:02In Top Picks, we kept it wide. The Screener is where you dial it in. Your budget, your profit, your rules.
0:12Pick your game up top.
Set your rules
0:15Say you'll spend twenty to four hundred dollars on a card. That's your minimum and maximum raw price. You want at least seventy-five dollars of profit at a ten, so set the minimum PSA 10 profit. A minimum PSA 10 value of one fifty skips cards too cheap to be worth grading. And a minimum Gem Rate of forty keeps cards where at least forty percent of graded copies came back tens. Hunting one set or rarity? Pick it here too.
Run it and read the table
0:47Hit Run Screener, and it searches the whole library for every card that fits.
0:54Each row reads left to right. Raw, PSA 9 and PSA 10 prices, then your profit at a ten. That profit already takes out selling fees, grading and shipping, using your own costs. You can set those in My costs. There's a whole video on that. Then ROI, the Gem Rate, and the GemScore. If a card says Tracked, it's already on your Watchlist.
The PSA 9 downside
1:23This next column is the one I watch. PSA 9 P/L is what you make or lose if the card comes back a nine. This card makes good money at a ten, but loses money at a nine.
1:37These are today's numbers. By the time your cards come back from PSA, the market may have moved, up or down. Nothing here is a guarantee.
Sort the results
1:49Sort by PSA 9 P/L, and the cards that still hold up at a nine rise to the top. You can also sort by ROI, or by GemScore for our ranking. There are trend sorts too, like thirty-day or ninety-day changes in the raw and PSA 10 prices. I lean on the longer ones. Seven or fourteen days can be noisy, and a longer trend smooths that out. Or click any column header to sort by that column.
Tier floor
2:20Tier floor works just like the grading tier in Top Picks. Change it, and every fee and profit follows. Cards worth more than a level covers still move up on their own.
Search and add to your Watchlist
2:32Got a long list? Search by name or card number to narrow it down.
2:39Tick the ones you like, and add them all to your Watchlist in one go.
Saved searches
2:44Your price numbers and tier floor are remembered for next time. To keep a set or rarity too, click Save search and give it a name. It shows up in your left menu, right under Screener.
