Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GemEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

GemEdge is an analytical platform that provides grading opportunity scoring, market price data, and submission management tools for trading card collectors, dealers, and graders. GemEdge is an informational tool only. See our Disclaimer for full details on the limitations of our data and scores.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any purchasing, grading, or financial decisions made using GemEdge data.
You agree to conduct your own independent research and verify prices, card variants, and grading potential before acting on any information shown on GemEdge.
You must be 18 years or older to use GemEdge.
You agree not to use GemEdge for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to scrape, copy, or redistribute GemEdge data, scores, or content without written permission.

Subscription Terms

GemEdge offers a free Starter tier and a paid Pro tier. Current Pro pricing is promotional and may change. The current rate is displayed at checkout and on the Pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
GemEdge reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Subscribers locked in at a promotional rate will receive advance notice before any rate change takes effect on their account.

Sharing & Social Media

GemEdge encourages users to share GemEdge-branded screenshots, Top Picks cards, and opportunity results on social media. GemEdge-branded share images (including any GemEdge logo, GemScore badge, or watermark) may be freely shared on social platforms for personal or promotional purposes. By sharing GemEdge-branded content, you grant GemEdge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare or feature that content in GemEdge's own marketing. Shared content must not misrepresent GemEdge's service or be used in a misleading manner. The informational disclaimer applies to all shared content — shared results do not constitute financial advice or guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GemEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. GemEdge's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to GemEdge in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

GemEdge's scoring algorithms (GemScore), platform design, and proprietary content are owned by GemEdge. Card names, set names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Termination

GemEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

GemEdge may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
