How do I make every profit number use my own costs?
Open My costs from the Your costs button above a list, the Edit link under a card's numbers, or Settings. Pick how you usually sell, set your shipping per card and your default grading tier, then hit Save. Every profit number in GemEdge then uses your costs.

Your costs

How you sell
0:27First, how you usually sell: on eBay yourself, through consignment, to a dealer, or your own number. Pick eBay, and we use eBay's own card fees. If you have an eBay Store, tick the box. Pick any of the others, and you get a selling fee you can change to match yours.
Shipping and tier
0:47Next, your shipping per card. Then your default grading tier, the level Top Picks and the Screener start on. Under More, add supplies, and your own grading fees if you pay something different.
