How do I check if a card is worth grading?
Open the card's page, make sure you are on the printing that matches your card, then read Grading Analysis: your profit if it comes back a PSA 10, what you are all in for, and the PSA 9 line that shows what you would net at a nine. If it still looks good, add it to your Watchlist.
The GemScore is a Pro feature. Everything else on the card page is free. PRO

What a card page shows
0:02This is a card's page. It shows what the card sells for, what it's worth graded, and whether grading it pays.
Pick the right printing
0:11Up top are the card's printings, like the regular holo and a reverse holo. Make sure you're on the one that matches your card. The next video covers printings in full.
Prices for every grade
0:24Market Prices starts with the raw price, what an ungraded copy sells for. Below that is a price for every PSA grade we've seen sell, not only tens and nines.
0:38Click a grade, and the recent sales underneath switch to it, so you can see what actually sold.
Other companies and price history
0:45These tabs show what this card sells for at other grading companies. The grading math further down is all for PSA.
0:54Price History tracks the raw price and the PSA 10 price over time. Flip through the ranges, and the trend tiles tell you which way it's heading. I like knowing that before I put money into a card.
Grading Analysis
1:09Grading Analysis does the math for you. Your profit if it comes back a ten, your return on what you put in, and what you're all in for: the card, grading and shipping together. The Gem Rate is the share of PSA graded copies that came back a ten. And the GemScore sums it all up in one number.
Your PSA tier
1:32The tier is your PSA grading level. It starts on the cheapest one that covers this card's PSA 10 price. Pick a faster one, and watch the higher fee come out of your profit.
The PSA 9 line
1:45This line is the one I never skip. It's what you'd net if the card comes back a nine, and whether that's a gain or a loss. Better to know that before you send it in.
Your costs and eBay links
1:58All of this uses your own costs, and Edit is where you change them.
2:04These two buttons jump to eBay. One finds raw copies to buy, the other shows PSA 10 sold listings.
Save it
2:14If it still looks good, hit Add to Watchlist. Or add it to a submission when you're ready to send it in. That's the loop: find it, check it, save it.
